Told to go to bruma lake to upgrade an account

I went to the springs branch to upgrade my student account to a proffesional account since I am now qualified. The consultant told me there is nowthing like that and told me I need to go to bruma lake to open a proffesional student accout.
2. Customer service teller told me there was no way I could have a power of attorney on a avaf account and to load a power of attorney I need to have proof of residential adress.
