AT LAST. excellent service and personal touch.. I

I had a bad day... really. Had to change bank, because I only get a few Rand once a year, from a Annuity policy, that I inherit. I went in to bank. got a number was helped within a few minutes. I was very distracted and tearful. Thokozile was so sympathetic - even when tears came down she had words of wisdom and encouragement - she did so much more than was expected. All documents was filled in and banking could be done. The bank manager mr Danford, came over (saw the tears a bit earlier) and was so courteous and polite - enquired if I was ok and sympathised with the personal problems I had. He welcomed me as a new client. I walked out of the bank in a much better mood than wen i arrived. I am so thankful for excellent service and fantastic personal contact. YES THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE. AND THAT WAS A FRESH NEW WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.
