Good day

Today I was told that my African bank account is in areas and when I asked the consultant by the name Kgomutso moloi to break it down for me she told me that the system that they use to use could not recover the areas and the new system can. I asked if the new system can why didn't it recover the outstanding amount, she said she could not answer that therefore will have to put me to collations I then asked to speak to a superior on the floor she told me the superior was busy and I said I will wait she then transferred the call which I found to be very ill-mannered. When I got through to collations I asked for a manager after I don't know how long the phone was picked up by Siyabonga muselegu who was very rude and told me what do I want, I then asked about their procedures which he said "you got me out of a meeting to ask about procedures" I told him I was not happy about how the staff handle they queries. He was not willing to assist and again the guy was very rude

If only I can find someone willing to assist
