Again despite having logged a query it had not sorted out my problem. The problem has not been sorted out on the 7Th of this month was specifically told to pay 6991.84 only as full out amount. So client does not now whether being erroneously charged. Why was one told there was 6991 outstanding as I don't have access to statements. Taking into account speaking to your enquiries and consultants. Does this mean they cannot navigate statement and lack the expertise in giving client proper information in which one has trusted. Again taking their word with confidence and not receiving my statements has caused me in arrears despite the fact of calling in and not getin the correct information. How safe is this for one to transact when you dontknow the wrong information is being given to me. This was sorted out last week and now receive an sms stating to pay 125 and finance charges of 39 rands. The clients status has been changed from postal to email without client knowing and now again back to postal as was requested. Please help me. This month my statement will be received postal hopefully by word of mouth again. Never defaulted payments until received incorrect info from Absa personnel.
