SOUR MANNERED VERA!!

ON TUESDAY 2013-04-30 AFRICAN BANK MADE A DOUBLE DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I WENT TO THEIR BRANCH IN FIKILE MABIJA STREET, KIMBERLEY TO TRY AND FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON.

I WAS THEN ATTENDED TO BY A LADY WITH THE NAME VERONICA RAKUBU. I GAVE HER A COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM TO HER. SHE THEN CHECKED ON HER SYSTEM AND THEN TOLD ME TO THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE AMOUNT DEBITED ACCORDING TO HER SYSTEM AND ''LOUDLY' ANNOUNCED THAT I MUST GO BACK TO MY BANK AND ASK THEM WHERE IS MY MONEY AND THAT ''WE LIKE THIS SKELM CAPITEC BANK'' OF OURS AND THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO TO HELP ME. SHE EVEN REFUSED ME A COPY OF MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT.SHE WAS SUPER RUDE!

SHE WOULDN'T EVEN CALL THEIR HEAD OFFICE, I TOLD HER THAT I WANT TO SEE THE BRANCH MANAGER & SHE SAID THE MANAGER IS NOT THERE.SHE THEN GAVE ME THEIR SERVICE CENTRE NUMBERS. I THEN WENT BACK TO CAPITEC BANK BULTFONTEIN ROAD WHERE THEY EFFORTLESSLY DIALED THE AFRICAN BANK CALL CENTRE AND LET ME SPEAK DIRECTLY TO THEM.

THIS ROTTEN ''HOLIER THAN THOU'' ATTITUDE GOES A LONG WAY IN DEFINING THE IMAGE OF AFRICAN BANK. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE! NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY
