BAT ATTITUDE AT MTN

I need assistance. My 3G card was on 4th September 2013 and I went to the MTN store at Pavilion and asked them to block the sim card. Firstly, the lady at MTN Pavilion was extremely rude to me and actually told me that it was not her problem that I was hijacked which I find extremely despicable.

Today, I called MTN on 0831808 as I received my bill and saw that I was charged R80 more than what I am normally charged. I spoke to Samantha Clouts who kept on referring the matter to someone else and then told me that someone had made calls from that number. I asked her what numbers were called and she then told me that she wants to load itemized billing and charge me R21 for that. They even refused to advise me what numbers were called. I asked to speak to her superior who was EXTREMELY rude to me and carried on interrupting when I spoke and refused to assist me at all. His name is Rabelani Tshivhasa. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to put me through. The numbers that were called will be vital as it could assist in the investigation by catching the hijackers. I guess that MTN does not like assisting in cases like this as long as they get their money.
