Good day, i have to compliment your staff at the Jacaranda Branch! they are very helpful and very clued up. i was in the bank to get banking statements to apply for a credit card at african bank, I then asked the informations desk to assist me with the change of the current account to a cheque account. I was asked to speak to a consultant. was immediately in line, i sat down got the consultant to assist me, she has helped above and beyond! I never went through to african bank, as she checked immediately on the system and i was preapproved for a credit card by standard bank. Thanks again! Keep up the great work!
