Allowed bond processing without customer consent

I am a first time home buyer (an instant target as I've discovered through this process) and was contacted by Bond Magic, a bond originator company, via the estate agency. The service is free and with supposedly no obligations. After receiving 3 proposals from 3 banks via Bond Magic, we decided none of them were for us and we would prefer to work with the bank directly. Even though the interest rates offered were the same, Dawn was very unprofessional and extremely pushy. When i told her we were not taking any of the bonds with her she raised her voice over the phone and hung up on me. So much for customer service! I thought that would be the last i would hear from her, only to find out that she had pushed a bond through on our behalf without a final grant and without us approving/accepting or even signing a final grant acceptance. As a result our personal bond with the bank was cancelled, the attorneys stopped processing the bond, time has been wasted and now to prevent delays we are stuck in this process with Bond Magic, much to our dismay, Stay away from Bond Magic they are out for money, they are sly and don't listen to their customers.
