Poor service received from FNB Skukuza

On the 1st August 2013 I went to the FNB Skukuza Branch to report that my purse had been and requested that my cheque card and my credit card be blocked. Johanne informed me that both cards had been blocked. When I went to collect my cheque card on the 3rd September 2013, I enquired about the whereabouts of my credit card. He told me they dont arrive at the same time. Today, the 15th October 2013 I went to ask for a statement and again I enquired about my credit card, ONLY today was the card blocked. Johann has been the person I've been dealing with however he see's nothing wrong with the fact that after I've asked for my cards to be blocked on the 1st August 2013 is he blocking it today 15th October, I asked that he apologies for not listening to my request but he said he had nothing to apologise for even after I asked him: What if it had been used. He simply answered: but it wasn't used.
