Moving to FNB is a better and easier option

I have a huge complaint with the service I have been receiving from STD Bank. My Cheque account has been blocked now for a third due to. I has just received my new card after the second time my card was immediately blocked again. I have in total spent about 8 hours in the bank just receiving new cheque cards. Not one investigator has called me back to update me on the situations. when I call them they say they will contact me within 3-4 working days, it has now been over a month and I still haven't received any feed back. When my card was blocked the third time I was accused for the. When I received my second card all my limits were set to R0 so I couldn't even draw money or buy airtime I sent a secure message any they did change anything and before I could even phone in to complain my card was blocked. My credit card expired two weeks ago and I still haven't received it yet. I complained about that when I picked up my cheque account but nobody could give me an answer. Two weeks later now any nobody has gotten back to me. I applied over a month ago for Ucount rewards and I've been billed R240.00 for the service but I still haven't received the card.
