Incompitent/negligent and frudulent

On the 29 January 2013 I received a credit card welcoming letter from woolworths and I took a liberty to call to find out what was that all about because I never applied for the credit card, I was asked for my I'd number which I provided and to my surprice credit card was applied for and delivered to someone who claimed to me, with the amout of 24299.40 and 4000 has been used already and I requested that the card to be blocked which they cliamed to have be done so they say. The next morning I received a call from them saying that they've got someone on the line. Who claimed to be"myself"who want's to find out why his card was blocked, I was asked to get an affidavit from the police and go to the nearest woolworths with my I'd and fill in the distuped form and it was faxed to they department, I received the call from Jomarie saying that they are busy with the invetigation and they'll call me when it's done since then I never received any calls from them, last night 04 April 2013 I received a statement stating that whole amount has been used R24 299.09 how come if the card was blocked cearly someone is working with the the perpetrator or they running frudulent activity, PG Masilo
