Inappropriate deceipt, wrong info given to client

Dear Sir/madamHope and pray all is well. My account was supposed to have been debited as told differently from when called in. As these are mitigating circumatances have been charged erroneously due to having been misled as to statement closure date for this month. Pleas5e review as attempted calling u today and was told credit card division was closed. One does not know when the statements close each month as its not stated nor reminded and cannot trust calling in due having been given incorrect information. Please debit my account with R6991 and reversd my unpaid fees.

Also called branch today again and given wrong information at the time. Which has led me not to believe and trust personal bankers and consultants and is definitely lacking and needs to ensure we get correct information. Called in today to query and was told it was closed. On voice message its states time again deceived.

you need to pay for deceiving client repeatedly.
