Good Day

Today I was using a S.Bank ATM in Cape Town, at the Pick N Pay. This is the second time in 3-4 Weeks where my Card has be swallowed. The Mission continues to say it processing your transaction and after about 18 Minutes I gave up.
I don't have MY ID and not Money, when I asked for any assistance - I was advised to somehow get home and Get my ID in order to get a temp card.
I tried explaining over and over that I do not have my ID with me, nor do I have a Drivers or any other cards.
The best I could be given was a Replacement in 5-7 Working Days. - Which I will need to take the morning off to Queue to have my Card bank.
I work at a very Reputable company who specialises in customer service and although we have Our policies in place we also look at every scenario on a person to person basis.
I have been left Stranded in the City Centre, with no Cash Or Airtime, considering the Call to Stand-bank is not free, I hope I make it home and don't starve before my 5-7 Day period.
Thanks S.Bank, twice in 3 Weeks, I am looking at an Alternative banking institute and advising every employee and the Company Exec to move Banks
