Mariza assisted in a desperate situation

I refunded a charge back to a client's credit card. The company refused to assist me to pay the refund back. Mariza from FNB assisted me immediately and even phoned and emailed my client on my behalf to get the situation rectified. She followed up when she said she would and went absolutely the extra mile for me, as I might have faced a disciplinary action if the situation could not be fixed.

I cannot thank her enough for her wonderful attitude and immense pride in her work and would really like to see that she gets credit for a great job done.
