Never Use Credit Matters

This is too anybody who is looking to get out of debt.

NEVER EVER EVER use Credit Matters.

Since I have started with them they have done nothing but mess up my accounts, which has on more than one occasion affected me so badly financially.

They never accept responsibility for their lack of communication and processing of documents.

On signing they do not mention clauses that are extremely important but push you too sign.

Then once you have signed anything that goes wrong on their side, they always blame the client.

Now they cancelled my contract, which skipped a debit order which affect my status, then reactivated the account only to double debit me because of their error.

I can not even begin to explain how this company has done nothing but cause me more trouble than before I was under debt review!
