I have been with Credit Matters for almost a year now. At first, everything seemed to be going well until I received a Termination of Agreement from one of my suppliers. I sent countless e-mails to the above-mentioned personnel, to which I either got referred to other colleagues or just downright ignored. When phoning them, I constantly get fed nonsense about how it will get sorted, however I am still receiving never-ending phonecalls from my supplier. I have now been handed over to the lawyers and will be held liable for further costs. The reason why I went under debt review is to get myself out of debt, not make it worse. If this is not sorted before the end of the month, I will be moving my account somewhere else, to a company that actually cares about their customers and actually bothers to respond to their e-mails!!!
