I want my money

I have stratcorp shares which i am trying to get out of wealthnet- this process has taken me 2 mnths.
They have asked me to send through banking info by Zandi/Pheladi and advised that she has sent it to the relevant department to update my bank details and arrange payout. i havent heard from them since intead I keep on getting an sms from them every friday that they are unable to transfer the money into my account cos there is something wrong with it gave me a # to call for enquiry. When I call I get the same response that 'my info was updated and will get the money on Friday.i was advised that the turnaround time for update of details is 48hours yet my details was updated and thus payout has still not taken place. When I call they say they are done doing payouts for the week an will only do payouts again next week. I have been calling to remind them every week and it's been a month and am still waiting. I am appalled. This is my money. This is the worst experience i have encountered ina while, Even just to get response from this people timeously is too much to ask, now my payout is being delayed even further. Im very unhappy and will not encourage anyone to join wealtnet
