Bad Service - All transactions

I have struggled from day 1
- I tried opening a credit card. Did the on-line application, but got no one phoning me back. had to lodge an complain until i got a respond and still nothing happened.
- My wife opened up cheque account and credit card. She also went "switched" online and still had to lodge a complain before anyone phoned her.
- Open up a business account. Same story, did the online application and got no one calling me. Again i had to lodge a complain before anyone contacted me. Again i had to follow up after sending the documentation through. After that i had issues getting onto my internet banking. It took nearly 2 months to be operational with this account.
- Tried to open a Home Loan - Declined (Reason are unprofessional)
- Had to follow up on my credit card application, which they informed me for additional documentation. Why when i spoke to the consultant he did not explain this to me.

Just wanted to inform you that the bond has been approved by the other banks
