I have been trying to keep my credit profile up to date and with my vehicle finance I was even putting extra R100 if i can, 1 month downfall get me in trouble even though i paid atleast more than a minimum installement.

Normally if the customer did not pay, their call center normally phone to make arrangemets, but standard bank failed to contact me and my account was handed over for Collection

i phoned to make arrangements, but it was too late. Now on ITC i am on arrears
