Very unhappy with fn

My wife swiped my card once on friday 11/10/13 and the same transaction went through 13 - 15 times so I went into my nearest branch where they told me I must complete a dispute and it takes 5 working days that money is my families groceries and dish money for the week now I have nothing with me what the am I supposed to do for 5 working days.
