Good day,

I went to Fnb in Irene mall wanting a statement and information regarding online banking and while another lady by the name of Phuti was assisting me, another lady apparently she is the supervisor there by the name of Molebogeng took the consultant who was helping me without even apologising for it and when I asked of why did she do what she did she informed me that they had an emergency and that Phuti had to assist another client with his account as she was the only consultant with product knowledge. This is bad service as that was very unprofessional. I spoke to Molebogeng and requested a letter of apology but still because she is so unprofessional she didn't do it. This is really bad service I cant believe this. My friends always complain about FNB Irene and I thought they were wrong but clearly...
