R9000 for a new clutch - WHAT A RIP OFF

I have owned my car for just over 2 years (it is still under warranty)

My car (Renault Megane Coupe) was in for a service 2 weeks ago.

My clutch broke on Sunday and my car was towed to Renault Clearwater (where it was serviced)
I must add that during the service they are supposed to check the clutch! I was told they just test tension.

R9000 I was quoted for a new clutch. Warranty division declined as they said that it is " wear and tear".
I explained that I don't have R9000 as I have a wedding in 3 months. I contacted Customer Service and they requested that the branch as for "Goodwill assistance". I have now been informed that they are not prepared to assist with that either!

I will find the R9000 from only knows where, repair my car, (as I have had no transport for over a week now) and the first thing I will do is SELL that car and buy one that I wont go bankrupted for when it breaks down!

Typical salesman who sold me the car when I raised my concern about parts said "No, ma'am its very reasonable to service and maintain" YEAH RIGHT!!! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I buy a Renault!!
