Iphone Token no longer working

I am unable to log into my internet banking since the launch of IOS 7 for iphone. My token no longer works so I cannot log in. I am now going on 3 weeks without using my bank account (Lucky I still bank with another bank aswell) and no fix in sight. I went into a branch 2 weeks ago when the problem started and was told that the problem would be resolved before the end of September 2013. To date my account is not being used.
