Absolutely absurd. Yesterday the Call Centre calls me with a magnificent offer, I accepted and the told me that I need to go to my nearest branch with all my documents. I explained to her that My payslip is in United states Dollars. She Said it won't be a problem.
So this morning gather all documents and drive of to Malelane for 40Km just to get the branch telling me they cannot use my Documents.
Why does one tell me one thing and another by another.
I am furious because it cost me R100 of petrol just to get knocked off.
Yes I do get paid in USD but my bank statements reflect the ZAR equivalent for the past year of whihc I provided the consultant with.
How do I resolve this
