We do business banking with Nedbank for a very long time. I am the area manager for PostNet, and i have done banking in queensburgh and bluff, and queensburgh always has a problem with our bankings! where nedbank bluff on the other hand has always been helphul. I have 3 stores i need to bank for "hence the quantity of banking deposits" but they always seem to have some sort of problem.
they either need to have a bulk teller for the business bankers with a different que, or not complain everytime PostNet walks in. I think it is vewry unprofessional and it is disturbing to know that is how they treat a regular.
i am getting fed up with it, they need to get to a solution and very quick!
