I closed my nedbank account 2011.when i went to apply for credit, i was unsuccessful because the nedbank account still showed on my creditors list, which made may credit score low.i was told to get a letter from nedbank for proof of closure of account.i go to nedbanks cape town, but can only get this letter in 24hrs, which inconvenienced my personal obligations.i was then notified that there is money due to me from this account and i should fax my letter i recieved from nedbank 2011 with my bank details in order to get this money.i have to now search for a letter which is an inconvenience.why could'nt someone from nedbank contact me properly and inform me.if i had'nt hd this dilema, it would have just fall away.my numbe never changed, and nobody could call me.so is there someone who knows customer ethic to reslove this matter with less convenience on my side.
