I had filed a complaint about Nedbank placing me on the credit bureau when i had paid my monthly payments. This guy called Geoffrey Hirst comes with a response that undermines me, he says "please be advised' as if Nedbank has ever said anything to me. Firstly Nedbank was at fault as he said they had set up an incorrect debit order payment on their system and as a result i was debited less and i am in arrears, whats really frustrating me is that i have been struggling for 2 months to get a credit card because Nedbank has defaulted me, i am sufferring for their mistake, not mine! but theirs! and this guy just says to me i must settle the account and they will remove me from the bereaus, No apology nothing. I have never in my life been so frustrated, annoyed and disgusted. Can some one superior handle this.
