Payment Update on ITC

I settled my Bayport Account on Friday 4th October 2013, I have asked them since to update my account on ITC TRansunion because its still showing that I owe R 7889, they need ti send a request top Transunion and the account needs to be closed. I have sent them emails and they copied me on an email that they sent to Transunion but the email address they sent to is not write as it come back, I have sent them an email to tell them that they must send this top the right email address but I havent heard from them, they are quick to list people but when they are suppose to close acoount it takse forever this should have been done the onMonday already. I have sent them email lto no avail. I will sue Bayport if I have to because this is afftecting me, Im in a process of buying a house and this will hold it up. They need to fix this immidiately. I have been calling them and Im not getting any help
