On the 20/09/2013 I contacted African bank collection department in-connection with my statement which has high arrears. On same day i had spoken to Yolandi and we went through the statement together and she also realized that the arrears are high on both my accounts and said she will get the Manager to contact me on the same day and if not same day it will have to be on the 23/09/2013. Called for Yolandi on the 27/09/2013 following up with her and there was no progress. Till date i have not received a call from any manager or team leader. The last call made to African Bank was today and spoke to Natasha and said she will email Yolandi to contact as she knows the whole story.
