Cancelled my entire insurance policy with Dial Direct in order to move over to another insurer. They assured me that everything has been cancelled and that no further money will be deducted. However they deducted R59 now for the 3rd month. I assume this is for the useless Scratch and Dent repair which I will not be able to use anymore as I don't have an insurance policy. So why take my money for something that is useless to me?
