I had to go in for a knee operation. It was short notice but I sent all the documentation through and got feedback over the weekend. Monday morning I went in to theatre and everything was in order. Just makes it so much better when your in pain but you know that at least your medical expenses are sorted. Thank you to all the staff at Pretoria east hospital that give such great service as well as all the one plan staff that assisted. Greatly appreciated you guys set the example of what service should be. I will recommend PTA east hospital as well as one plan to anyone that might need assistance. Thank you once again.
