I was so impressed with one plan, my wife was booked into the hospital and there was administration issues at the hospital which one plan took full control and dealt with the whole situation so professionally.
They even settled the bill on the day to resolve issues that had arisen. Being a part of this medical insurance made me so happy knowing that they went beyond the normal service and ensured that all was resolved.
