Adverse listing not updated

Im really running out of options now,

Im disputing the adverse listing under my name from African bank.

As I paid back both my loans with you guys and I then requested for the loans to be closed.

My credit report for June the adverse listing is not listed, however for the July report it is.

I then reported this to Credit Ombus who did an investigation and requested African bank to remove the adverse listing on my report.

Below is the conversation I had with the Credit Ombus were African confirmed that they have sent the instruction to the bureaus for my profile to be updated.

Up to today it has not been updated and the Credit Ombus are still trying to follow it up but African bank is taking forever to respond.

I feel this is very unfair as I did my best to pay off all my loans and now I've been blocked for 2 years because of the default.

Can you assist by forwarding this email to the person dealing with my case or by looking into it for me.

I really need this to be involved asap.
i do have email copies from the Credi Ombus confirmimg that African bank has sent the instruction to the bureaus but no update is done to this date.
