I've sent several emails to Evelyn Hlophe (Agent dealing with my claim) and Recoveries Edenvale in an attempt to get some commitment that I would be refunded an excess amount I was advised to pay by Lucas at Regent ext. 5067. I was advised Regent would reimburse the funds upon recovery from the third parties insurer, whom also committed to compensate Regent as a result of their insured driver being in the wrong. To date no one has neither given any update nor replied to my email as sign of Regents commitment and my tolerance is running thin.
