I am assisting my mother in law with a 3rd party claim after a driver at Lindsay Saker Hyde park drove into her car in November last year. We were instructed to get hold of Regent and register the 3rd party claim. WE are not personally clients of Regents and for this I am grateful as the response has been very disappointing. I have sent through the required documentation and have to call every time to follow up and wait while the consultant reads through the file before she "reads" back to me whats going on - she doesn't bother to update or keep us posted. This consumes up way more of my time than is necessary. At the moment they are waiting for Lindsay Saker to complete some form but there is no initiative applied to assist whatsoever!!! Shocking
