For some reason Santam debited my account on Monday 23 September, two days ahead of pay day, for my monthly vehicle insurance contribution. As a result my bank has now charged me a R57 incidental credit fee.
Please reimburse me the R57 I was charged because of an admin mistake on Santam's side, and please ensure that you debit my account on the agreed date of the 25th of each month, as has been the case since I joined Santam.
