I lodged a claim for a fully broken car window on 08 October 2013. My claim was referred to a supplier who is only willing to fix my window on 11 October 2013. I am driving around with a broken window, my car is kept in an uncovered area. In the event of rain my seats are rained on.
I pay a total of R1600.00 premium on a monthly basis but I cannot be assisted in the event of a smash and grab accident.
