NO WINDOW? - BUT WHEN?

I pay in the region of 1200k a month on insurance for my MINI courtesy Woolworths Insurance - Fell victim to a smash and grab (Passenger window, front left on 31.10.2013 at 06H10). Since then I have been driving around sans window - tremendous fun. NOT. Today is 04.11.2013. Apparently they don't or refuse to understand typical summer weather patterns: Late afternoon thunderstorm activity followed by rain. I was informed today (only because I contacted them) that there is yet another delay on the delivery and installation?? That is almost a week people- Who pays for the car in the event of it being? Probably best to start shopping around- it would appear that regardless of your premium, you are either way when it comes to excess payments. Lovely fine print on your stupid contract but you elect to NOT inform me that I may have to wait 100 years for a new window. Stupid is what it is. I don't want to smell as much as a hike in my premium..No can someone with a little bit of clout contact me!!!? And I dont want to be brushed off with" Unfortunately the supplier... blah blah blah! I DONT CARE- YOU ARE THE INSURANCE COMPANY! I pay good money!
