On the 14/6/2013, I sent the details of the items from home to Virgin Money, at their request. Since, I've sent e-mails on the 2/7/2013; 9/7/2013 and 15/7/2013, to find out what the feedback was on my claim. Until to date my e-mails has not been acknowledged, and no information on the process of my claim.
Can someone please acknowledge that I have put in a claim, and if it will be paid out or not.
