My car insurance fail to attent my claim

I have made a claim on Thursday the 8th of august, and I have told that due to holiday on Friday and weekend I will be served on Monday . on Monday they (people from glass company) ask if my wind screen (boot) got break light and lines, that shows they were still going to order the window. they advise me that as soon as the window arrived they will conduct me. Tuesday their was no call. Wednesday they phoned, said they are coming tomorrow since they got the window. Thursday they phone me and said they are coming to put the window the following day (Friday), so I was surprise because I were expecting them, I told them that I am expecting them (the thing is that at the moment I am unemployed so I am trying to make money in any possible ways if my day is spoiled like that to me is a lost) the guy ask me to hold a moment, he then told me that they are coming between 2 and 4 o'clock "I said it's fine ". I waited the whole day no one came no one phone.
I have phone pride yesterday he told me that he will make follow up, he never call me back. my life it's on hold now. I also losing money. I am disappointed, I thought virgin money care about serving customer . now I don't know.
