My car was recently broken into. I was referred to Glasfit by the insurance to replace my broken window. But my car suffered more damage at Glasfit than what the burglars caused. Glasfit broke my car's lock and broke the central locking of my car. Plus, the window that was installed in my car is an electronic window and is also now broken as it cannot open or close. The shop refuses to fix the damages that was caused to my car, because my insurance already paid them their money and they have this cannot give a kind of attitude. Now I have to fix all of these problems on my expense. I am informing my insurance to stop using Glasfit as a supplier, as I suffer much more damage now, than if I replaced the window myself somewhere else.
