1 december 2013 i was in a car accident, almost three weeks to date I still do not have a courtesy car, nor am I clear on how far my claim is. I constantly call Virgin to follow up on what is going on. There is never a straight answer and everyone keeps passing the buk. Although i still don't have a car a premium is deducted and no service given. I really expected a lot from this Internationally acclaimed company.
