Involved in a fender bender in Jan (no fault of mine) and obviously inconvenienced without a car for a while as well as having to pay the excess. Just got a call to say that the excess was recovered and that Outsurance is refunding me :-) To be honest, I did not think I would see the money - it is good to know that your Insurance Company is fighting behind the scenes to assist.
