Calling insurance companies has always been a nightmare for me... from consultants forever attempting to sell you what you dont need and simply not paying attention to your requirements.
Wesley was patient, relaxed and not for a moment did I feel that he was rushing off to close another deal. He explained the policy with expertise, patience and utmost professionalism.
