It's suprising how when you adverties your money saving bank ads, it seems like you omit some of the extras that you charge now, when I took up the account at the Florida Road Branch in Durban I knew that I was going to pay a fee which would be my monthly fee and then I wake up on Saturday the 26/01/2013 to a Service fee of R120, a Value added Service fee of R52.15 and an Incidental Credit Fee of R57 (Which I don't understand), now this is on top of my ever so flactuating Monthly Fee of R97 this month R115 the next. Now as much as you bash B Bank who is upfront about their fees, you seem to have hidden fees which then you should be called the FEE National Bank and your tag line "we'll give you a surprise at the end of the month" how do you like that. I'd prefer a transparent bank, that tells me what I will be charged for and not what to expect. A Case should be opened against you for False advertising.
