LOAN TAKING LONGER

I APPLIED FOR A LOAN WITH AFRICAN BANK ON MONDAY (21/01/13) &B I WAS TOLD THAT THE FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 24HRS.HOWEVER TWO DAYS LATER I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND WAS TOLD THAT MY APPLICATION WAS REJECTED BECAUSE THE DOCUMENTS WERE FAXED INSTEAD OF BEING EMAILED.I HAD TO RE-APPLY ON FRIDAY (25/01/2013) AND STILL TODAY I HAVENT HEARD ANY FEED BACK.WHEN I CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE THEY ONLY TELL ME MY APPLICATION IS WITH ASSESSMENT.EMPLOYEES AT AFRICAN BANK SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT WE DONT TAKE LOANS JUST FOR PLEASURE, WE HAVE PROBLEMS WE NEED TO SOLVE BASED ON THE TIME PERIOD THEY PROMISE US BUT NOW ITS NOT HAPPENING.IT IS ALSO AN EXPENSE ON OUR SIDE TO KEEP ON CALLING THEM COZ THEY NEVER RESPOND TO PEOPLES APPLICATIONS.PLEASE RECTIFY THIS AS IN FUTURE YOU WILL LOSE BUSSINESS BEACUSE OF ALL THIS DELAY.
