Switching to FNB Credit Card - Unfulfilled promise

I switched to FNB Credit Card on 15/01/2013 and received the FNB Gold Credit Card on 18/01/2013 which I activated immediately. I was told that as soon as my credit card is activated my account with the bank I am switching from, will be settled automatically, which till today it hasn't been done. All the documenbts that were requested were submitted to FNB timeously. I have been trying all morning to phone through to FNB to enquire but I got through to people that couldn't help me and they kept referring me to different numbers. Please sort this out ASAP and keep your promises before I loose my faith in FNB.
