I submitted all requested claims forms over 2 months ago- I have not heard a word from STD Bank- and have STILL not recieved my refund for my One Time flight! When I queried this I was told I just have to wait??? Why have ABSA and FNB managed to refund all of their clients - how long am I going to be waiting for!?
