We all know how standing at the help desk can sometimes be quite a lengthy wait, but not this time.
Werner the branch manager at Gardens personally took the time to go through the queue of people at the help desk to see if he could assist and speed up things. It took me 5 minutes at the bank instead of the usual 30 minutes. Great initiative to see at the bank!
