Absa - where incompetance is king!

I was ordered to FICA myself by formal letter which included the falsehood that there would be a separate queue available to me to assist me. The first time I tried the queue didn't move for 40 minutes so i left. The second time I tried I waited for 20 minutes and finally FICA'd. This was 10 January 2013 and I got a print out confirming that this had happened. At the end of January ABSA stopped my account BECAUSE I HAD NOT FICA'd! I called the number I was given and after another lengthy conversation was told thet the person at the branch was incompetant and had not processed my paperwork. I regained access to my account 45 minutes later and was assured it would not happen again. one month later... and I can't pay bills AGAIN. Guess what? I haven't FICA'd - according to ABSA. Precisely what must a person do to get around the complete and utter incompetance of this bank? I have done everything I am supposed to do and I am still being prevented access to my own money. As far as I am concerned ABSA is the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune to encounter... could somebody with an ounce of common sense please sort this out TODAY?
